@bun_tzu @aave DeFi for everyone.

Really nice analysis of Aave V4 growth and usage. Around half of the V4 users are net new Aave users meaning that the protocol has expanded the user reach for Aave.

@azacharyf @aave @ether_fi @arc Amazing analysis

There are countless of use-cases where Ethereum verifiability would be useful beyond smart contact execution environment for finance to expand what we can actually do in DeFi while minimising trust. Quite excited for the potential here.

@Erdayastronaut @elonmusk Back then I was still young enough to believe a private company could never build something close to a Saturn V, and that getting to Mars would cost an entire country’s GDP. Until…

With hourly flights, it takes just over 4 days to complete 100 launches and landings. If Starship flies for a month or two without blowing up, it will become the safest spacecraft ever built, including those equipped with launch escape towers. Reliability is demonstrated by statistics, not emotion, speculation, or political stances. If extensive flights show that it is safe, then it is safe. Starship doesn’t need anyone to certify it to be human-rated. It certifies itself.

Most companies would move faster if internal platforms had to win their internal customers the same way they win external ones. Publish your uptime, latency, and cost. Take feature requests in the open. And if you're a real product, it's fine to charge internal teams like any other customer. Agents make this practical. They can discover services, compare them, and route around the bad ones.

Every backend service should have a /feedback endpoint. Agents are quickly becoming the heaviest users of most APIs. When one hits a missing feature or a bug, it should be able to say so right there, in a structured way. If the request makes sense, another agent drafts the PR and a human approves it. Software that improves itself based on what its users actually tried to do speeds up recursive self improvement.

Lean consensus will be amazing.

@benshanyoufeng My prediction is that we'll see people using low-security obfuscation - either some new ultra-risky flavor of diamond, or local mixing - quite soon, in contexts where it's playing a relatively low-security role and breakage is not fatal. There's some partial overlap with TEEs. The main advantage low-sec obf has over TEEs is that it's software-only, so it's easy to use inside sandboxes etc. Another kind of use is as a poor man's STARK, eg. as an anti-DoS proof - if someone breaks it, then the worst that happens is that that particular protocol gets DoS'd and you have to fall back to either TEEs or full-size STARKs. (assuming quantum safety is required) Also I'm taking into account gains from AI speeding up math by 10x - hopefully we can speedrun 40 years worth of cryptanalysis back-and-forth in 4 years.

The cryptographic world computer: https://t.co/LF2JGU38Rx My attempt to express in somewhat concise terms the true meaning of basically everything planned to happen to Ethereum starting from the fork after Hegota. It's really not just a blockchain anymore. It's a hybrid architecture that combines together blockchains and modern cryptography, to enable much more powerful properties. FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, state management, formal verification, advanced mempool improvements (including privacy), and the longer-term specter of obfuscation all mentioned.

@BreakeyLachlan In brief, businesses which live purely on internet could potentially be fully authonomous and decentralized, without any middleman to trust, so we might go beyond the simplest things (tokens) or purely financial things (DeFi)
